By purchasing or using any items, ranks, coins, or services from our Minecraft server or store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • Ranks

    • Virtual items or crates

    • In-game currency (e.g., coins, tokens)

  • We do not offer refunds for server bans, rank removals, gameplay changes, or feature adjustments.

3. Rule and EULA Compliance

  • You must follow the official Minecraft EULA and all of our server rules at all times.

  • Violation of these may result in:

    • Temporary or permanent bans

    • Revocation of purchases or in-game privileges

    • No refunds or compensation

4. Changes to Ranks, Perks, or Items

  • Perks, features, and items tied to ranks or purchases may change at any time.

  • We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any content or benefits to maintain game balance or server health.

  • Purchasing a rank does not guarantee permanent access to current or future features.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

  • Initiating a chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and all store access.

  • We reserve the right to report fraudulent payments or suspicious activity to payment processors or relevant authorities.

6.  Server Availability

  • Server outages, maintenance, or data loss do not qualify for compensation or refunds. (You will get your in game perks back (such as ranks not coins)

7. Store Policy Changes

  • We may update these terms or store policies at any time without prior notice.

  • It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the store or server after changes implies acceptance.
